Throughout the evening, Moscow's aerial assaults have resulted in power cuts in large parts of Ukraine's capital, Kyiv.
Nine people were hurt while inhabitants in eastern districts were experienced blackouts and encountered problems to water supplies, per reports from municipal leaders.

Moscow has intensified strikes on power infrastructure over the last fortnight, while the country's government has demanded "concrete actions" from international partners to increase pressure on Russia.
"What is required is not superficial actions but strong steps - from the United States, the EU and the G7 - in delivering defensive weapons and implementing penalties," was stated in a social media post.
Authorities reported that hundreds of unmanned aircraft and over thirty missiles targeted the country's power systems, describing such strikes as "strategic and deliberate" and against "essential services" as the weather cools.
Government representatives said Russia was "inflicting a massive strike" and maintenance teams were laboring to restore power.
A barrage of missiles hit electrical systems and civilian homes in Kyiv.
Several of the people injured in the strikes on the city have been hospitalized, as confirmed by local officials.
Regional authorities said the city experienced heavy assaults overnight. A seven-year-old child died and three other people were injured.
The assaults succeed evenings of bombing campaigns in the region, parts of which are currently controlled by invading troops.
The entire country is under warning for sophisticated projectile assaults, which are harder to detect.
Government officials told reporters that Russia was purposely seeking to damage the electrical infrastructure, with attacks already impacting fuel infrastructure.
Officials stated energy workers and officials were bracing for further attacks.
